Data and purpose
We collect contact details, project needs, brand/colour/layout choices, references, optional attachments, consent, date and request ID to respond, quote and manage service. No automatic marketing enrolment. Do not upload IDs, cards, passwords or customer records.
Files and processing
Requests use a database and attachments private object storage, accessible to the authorised administrator only. Logo colours are suggested locally in your browser before submission, not automatically approved. Sites/Cloudflare hosting may process data outside Saudi Arabia; public availability is subject to appropriate transfer/privacy review. When email notifications are enabled, verified provider Resend processes your email, request reference and notification or approved document content, potentially outside Saudi Arabia. Raw uploads are not emailed automatically. No advertising trackers are used in the form.
Retention and rights
The target is to review and delete non-converted inquiries and attachments within 90 days of closure unless a documented need or legal obligation applies. Deletion is currently human-reviewed, not automated. Contractual/financial retention follows applicable obligations. Contact the establishment for information, access, a copy, correction, destruction or consent withdrawal, subject to required retention.
Security and references
We use encrypted transport, limited access and size/count/submission limits. Attachments are not public and the site does not execute PDFs. These measures do not eliminate every risk and do not include comprehensive malware scanning. References inspire rather than copy others’ work; their websites are not fetched automatically. WhatsApp is subject to Meta policies.
