Inquiry, quote and agreement
Submission is free and is not a contract or payment authorisation. A stable file ID links versioned quotes and agreements. Deliverables, exclusions, language, platform, acceptance criteria, timeline, total and applicable tax are agreed before contracting.
Payment and start
Bank transfer to the establishment’s approved account after agreement is the only payment method. Standard projects use 50% before start and 50% after private review and before handover. We confirm receipt of cleared funds and your start date once the required materials are complete; uploading a transfer receipt alone does not confirm payment. External subscriptions are separate and pre-approved.
Changes and handover
Scope includes 2 consolidated revision rounds. Defects are not additional features; additions require an approved change quote. Client-owned accounts, agreed files, operating guidance and training are handed over. We review the site with you before launch and share access credentials through a separate secure channel, never through forms or ordinary email.
Cancellation and refunds
These are bespoke services, not replacement goods. Cancellation is assessed against evidenced accepted work and approved non-recoverable third-party costs; an itemised settlement returns unearned amounts after approval. Payments are not universally non-refundable. Mandatory rights, including applicable consumer rights, prevail.
Defects and support
In-scope implementation defects receive 30 days of fixes after delivery without extra labour fees, without reducing statutory rights. New features and third-party faults are separate. Maintenance is optional and separately quoted. Target initial response is 1 business day, Sunday–Thursday 09:00–17:00 Riyadh. No sales, search-rank or 24/7 human-support guarantee.
