Technical details and scope boundaries
The quote defines the platform, product fields and supported payment and shipping options. Subscriptions, transaction fees and apps are separate. Complex product variants, inventory or accounting integrations are reviewed and quoted before agreement.

Know the boundaries
Platform plans, transaction fees, shipping and paid apps are paid by the client. Payment activation requires the client’s account and verification. Photography, inventory and licences are excluded.
Timing begins after receiving content and access and agreeing scope. Delivery includes 2 in-scope revision rounds and 30 days of implementation-defect fixes after handover. New features are quoted before work begins.
The terms, in plain language
You do not need the technical term to ask for help. Tell us what your customer should be able to do, and we will suggest a suitable solution.
- Landing page
- One page explains a specific service or offer and guides visitors to an action, such as contacting you or sending an inquiry. It may have several sections as you scroll, but these are not separate pages.
- Business website
- Several pages introduce your business, services and contact options, such as Home, About and Services. A checkout or store is included only if explicitly agreed.
- Domain & hosting
- The domain is your address, such as example.com. Hosting runs the website so people can open it. They have operating and renewal costs; our calculator includes year one and shows renewal separately.
- Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Organising titles, content and links to help search engines understand your pages. It does not guarantee a first-place ranking or a set number of visits or sales.
- WhatsApp Business setup or automated replies?
- Basic setup organises the business profile, greeting and quick replies; a staff member usually selects a quick reply. Replies connected to other systems or an AI assistant need a separate integration and may incur messaging and usage fees.
- Appointment request or confirmed booking?
- A request form collects a preferred time for the team to review. A booking system checks availability and follows agreed confirmation and cancellation rules. Live booking is an addition priced to your needs.
- A controlled AI assistant
- An assistant answers from business information you approve and hands unknown questions to a person. It operates within the information and permissions agreed with you, while your team retains financial decisions. Suitability, fees and boundaries are assessed first.
